All Out Landscaping is a small, quality-oriented landscaping company. We provide premium customized landscaping services mainly in high-end communities.
We are looking for driven Landscapers and Crew Leaders to join our team. If you are motivated, have exceptional attention-to-detail skills, and are passionate about landscaping, this may be a job for you. Our goal is to expand our business while maintaining our top-quality and personalized approach.
Responsibilities:
- Show up to the job site on time and prepared for the day
- Complete the tasks and goals for the day as instructed by the project supervisor
- Operate landscape tools and machinery and ensure proper use - treat the equipment as if it was your own (chain saw, hedge trimmer, leaf blower)
- Operate company vehicle and trailer in a respectful manner, follow the rules of the road, and maintain cleanliness
- Perform cleanup duties such as picking up trash and debris, and taking it to the landfill
- Order, purchase, and deliver materials to the job sites
- Crew Leader: Supervise crew members to ensure project quality and work efficiency
Job Requirements:
- Have reliable transportation to and from the job site
- Have a valid Florida driver's license
- Dress and speak in a professional manner and be courteous to customers
- Be able to lift 50 lbs
Pay: $20 - $22 per hour
